Urius Howell was the third son Edwin Howell and Nancy Britt Howell. Urius shows up in the 1860 Hertford County, NC census as part of the household with his brothers Euclid and Roscius. He doesn’t show up in any other census after that. It appears that Urius died at a young age of a childhood illness. It is believed that Urius may be buried in the Taylor Howell Family Cemetery on Parkers Fery Road in Como, NC as there are two unmarked infants graves in the cemetery. The other infant is believed to be Richard C. Howell who was the infant son of Cyrus W. Howell.
No further information has been found about Urius Howell.
